Green Lady Design & Masonry are professional masonry and deck contractors. Green Lady is a family business that creates overall residential and commercial indoor and outdoor living spaces with patience, skill, and professionalism. We are creative problem solvers.
A few of our areas of expertise are hardscape design & installation, new decks, and deck renovation, screen porches, interior and exterior masonry, patio and walkway installation, all retaining walls, exterior lighting systems, terracing & stonewalls, fireplaces, fire-pits, chimneys, fence installation, pool-concrete and paver installation /repair, asphalt and concrete driveway installation. At Green Lady, providing drainage and soil erosion solutions which cause damage to foundations, landscapes, and personal safety is our specialty.
Our staff is made up of licensed and insured Masons, Designers and Contractors who understand Northern Virginia’s soil and weather. We know how to design and customize what we build for long-lasting, masonry and concrete installations for residential and commercial sites.
Green Lady’s staff believes in the “Golden Rule” and acts at all times with integrity. The owners, Deborah and Gerardo, will be glad to personally meet with you to create an individualized design and itemized proposal that reflects each project you would like to complete. What Separates Green Lady from Other Like Companies?
Green Lady Design & Masonry is a Woman and Minority Owned Business. We see ourselves as companion educators for our clients and colleagues. We are pleased to lead and as well as learn as we provide direction to our clients.
Our masonry and lighting system products and building standards are that of a commercial contractor with an inspector looking over his shoulder. Green Lady does not stick to a cookie-cutter computer template for our convenience and fast-turn-over. Our design process is centered on the uniqueness of each individual project, the client’s lifestyle, timetable and budget.
Additional design and consultation is available at the rate of $75.00 per hour. If you decide to have Green Lady Landscape Design install the design within 30 days of the initial consultation the design fee is applied in full to the contract deposit. $2,500 minimum project cost.
